Q3: Can you provide dosage or usage advice?
No. We are unable to discuss or advise on dosage, administration, or physiological effects of any research compound.

Q4: How do I know your products are genuine?
All compounds are independently batch-tested and verified for ≥99% purity.
Each batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming identity and composition.

Q5: How should research compounds be stored?
Unless stated otherwise on the product listing:

  • Store between 2–8°C in a secure, temperature-controlled environment

  • Do not freeze

  • Protect from light and heat exposure

  • Discard 28 days after first use

Every batch undergoes verification before release to ensure purity, consistency, and traceability.


Orders, Shipping & Returns

Q7: How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
However, due to high demand, some items may take up to 3 business days to dispatch.

UK orders generally arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch, while international deliveries typically take 5–10 business days depending on location and customs processing.


Q8: Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Phoenix Biolabs ships to most destinations worldwide.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that import regulations in their country permit the import of research compounds.


Q9: What if I need to return or replace an item?
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns or resell any item once it has left our facility.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, a replacement will be issued first once confirmed.
If a replacement is not possible, a refund will then be processed for the original amount.


Q10: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and selected cryptocurrency payments (where available).
