Phoenix Biolabs Returns & Refund Policy
Overview
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, Phoenix Biolabs operates a strict no-returns policy. All products supplied are laboratory research compounds and cannot be resold, restocked, or verified as untampered once they leave our control. For safety and integrity reasons, no items may be returned under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only considered in the following situations:
– The item received is damaged in transit.
– The item received is incorrect (wrong product, quantity, or batch).
If either of these applies, you must notify us in writing within 3 business days of delivery, including clear photographic evidence of the issue and your order number. Claims made after this window cannot be accepted.

Replacement Process
Upon verification of the issue:
– A replacement item will be shipped immediately, free of charge.
– If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Returned goods are not required and will not be accepted back under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
All items sold by Phoenix Biolabs are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, except in cases of verified damage or error as stated above. This includes but is not limited to:
– Research compounds
– Peptides
– Solutions and vials
– Prefilled pens
– Sprays
– Accessories (e.g. bacteriostatic water)
These materials are classified for laboratory research only and any tampering, exposure, or handling outside controlled conditions compromises integrity and traceability.
Wholesale & Reseller Orders
The same policy applies to wholesale and reseller orders. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once goods are dispatched, except where a verified error or damage is confirmed within the 3-business-day window.
Damaged Parcels in Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
– Photograph the packaging and contents before opening.
– Email us within 3 business days of receipt at customerservices@phoenixbiolabs.net with your order number and photos.
Our team will assess and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Liability
Phoenix Biolabs accepts no responsibility for product degradation, damage, or contamination occurring after delivery. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that all materials are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research use and are not eligible for return once shipped.
