Scope & Purpose of Products

All products are sold as research compounds. They are not licensed medicines or food supplements and must not be used for human ingestion, treatment, or prevention of disease.

Buyer Eligibility & Representations

By placing an order, you confirm:

– You are a qualified professional or acting on behalf of a laboratory/institution.

– You will not resell or redistribute products for consumer use or human/veterinary application.

Hazard Information, Handling & Storage

You are responsible for safe handling, storage, PPE, and risk assessments. Storage and discard conditions are shown on product pages.

Documentation & Quality

COAs or batch test information may be supplied on request. We warrant only that products conform to research-grade specifications at the time of dispatch.

Ordering, Acceptance & Pricing

Orders are accepted upon dispatch or written confirmation. Prices and availability may change. Errors may be corrected.

Payment & Fraud Screening

We reserve the right to refuse or hold orders pending fraud screening. Chargebacks for fulfilled orders may be pursued.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you when goods are handed to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates.

Import, Export & Sanctions Compliance

International buyers are responsible for customs clearance, taxes, and compliance with local law.

Inspection & Claims Window

Any shortage or damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. After that, items are deemed accepted.

Returns & Refunds

No returns of research compounds once shipped. Refunds are only available in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Free gifts/samples are non-refundable.

Free Gifts & Samples

Supplied at our discretion, for research use only, no cash value.

Resale Conditions

Wholesale and reseller supply is permitted only to laboratories, institutions, and qualified professionals for research purposes. Resale or redistribution to consumers for human or veterinary use is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

Content, product names, and materials are owned by us or our licensors.

Privacy & Data Protection

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for misuse or unauthorised application of products. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

Indemnification
