At Phoenix BioLabs, we aim to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Our 30-day refund policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all safety seals intact. Due to safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened items.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at customerservices@phoenixbiolabs.net. We’ll provide the return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will help us resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions about your item. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.
EU (European Union) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any reason. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with safety seals intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
